2. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains under what conditions you may return products purchased from us and how to request a refund. This policy applies to products ordered through our Website (including Vivobala and any other products we offer) and is subject to applicable law. Where local consumer law gives you broader rights (e.g. a longer return period or the right to withdraw from a distance contract), those rights remain unaffected.
3. Return period
You may request a return and refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the day on which you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the product. This period is in line with common distance-selling and consumer protection rules. If the law in your jurisdiction provides for a longer withdrawal or return period (e.g. 30 days in certain jurisdictions), you may use that longer period for returns that qualify under local law.
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to return the product before the end of the return period. You may do so by sending a clear statement (e.g. by email to the address above or via a contact form on our Website if we provide one for returns). We will confirm receipt and provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Conditions for return
Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resaleable condition, in the original packaging where possible, and with any seals unbroken. We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opening a sealed bottle and using a significant portion of the product may affect eligibility, in line with applicable law).
Certain products may be exempt from return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. dietary supplements in opened packaging). Where we cannot accept a return for such reasons, we will explain this when you contact us. We will always comply with mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
5. How to return a product
To return a product:
- Step 1: Contact us within the return period (see section 3) at hello@xexvalonvorkie.world or by phone at +1 201 867 5153. Include your order reference (e.g. order number or email used for the order) and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: We will send you return instructions, including the address to which you should send the product and any reference number to include.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to bear it.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund as set out in section 6.
We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us. Please ensure the package is adequately insured if the product is valuable.
6. Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned product(s), including any standard shipping cost you paid for the initial delivery where required by law (e.g. in the EU for distance contracts). We do not refund the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed to do so or the law requires it.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or, where the law allows, from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw). It may then take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
We may deduct from the refund any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, where permitted by law. We will inform you of any such deduction before processing the refund.
If you received a gift or the order was paid for by a third party, we may refund the original payer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or variant, please request a return and refund as above, and place a new order for the product you want. We will process the return and refund in accordance with this policy.
8. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described (e.g. wrong product or quantity), please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred, in accordance with applicable consumer law. You may have additional legal rights (e.g. repair, replacement, or price reduction) depending on your jurisdiction; we will comply with those rights where they apply.
9. Cancellation before shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched the order, we will cancel it and refund any payment already made. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with sections 3–6 above once you receive it.
10. Consumer rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, to reject faulty goods, or to claim a repair, replacement, or refund.
